We have two GP Registrars. GP Registrars are qualified doctors who have worked in the hospital for some time and are working in general practice to get further experience.

The nurses are available by appointment, for chronic disease management, asthma, COPD, diabetes, CHD/stroke and hypertension. They also undertake the following, cervical smears, immunisations, family planning checks, health checks and new patient checks.

The Practice Manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The Practice Manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.
Karen deals with all the referrals the doctors make to the specialists at the hospital. She types the letters and sends all the referral information via an electronic service named "Choose and Book".
